Nicholas H. Ypsilantis
President & Chief Executive Officer

Nicholas H. Ypsilantis

Nick is a co-founder, President, and CEO of Accufile, positions he has held since the firm was established in 1986. Nick primarily focuses on business development, channel partner development, and strategic growth initiatives. He has more than 30 years of financial executive and entrepreneurial experience, having previously served as an audit manager for a local Certified Public Accounting firm, T.B. Donnelly & Co., and as Accounting Manager and Assistant Treasurer for an international managerial consulting firm, Putnam, Hayes and Bartlett, Inc. Nick holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Kathleen Buckley
Director, Operations

Kathleen Buckley

Kathy has been active in the field of information services for the past 20 plus years and now manages Accufile’s day-to-day business functions and overall operations. Profoundly driven and a perfectionist by nature, Kathy is committed to Accufile clients and employees. She uses her extensive business background to develop and implement solutions that support Accufile’s mission and core values and deliver superior client services.

Director, Research & Library Solutions

Pam Wedemeyer

With over 25 years of experience in legal research and library management, Pam’s commitment to transforming law libraries and optimizing legal resources is clearly demonstrated. As the Director of Research and Library Solutions at AccuFile, Pam is able to leverage the cumulative benefit of her experience in areas of strategic leadership, knowledge and vendor management, by fully collaborating and engaging with client teams to create the most innovative environment appropriate to all size law firms across the United States.

In Pam’s professional journey, she cultivated a robust understanding of the legal industry’s needs through her tenure as a Research & Information Services Manager at Squire Patton Boggs. In this this role, Pam honed her skill at optimizing legal resources and stayed keenly tuned to a dynamic and changing landscape. Pam’s proficiency in business development, competitive intelligence, and vendor contract negotiations has proven instrumental in supporting law firms and legal professionals as they navigate an ever-changing industry.

Pam’s leadership as the Director of Library Services at Harbor Global enriched her perspective on industry best practices and the strategic management of resources. This comprehensive experience underpins Pam’s commitment to excellence and efficiency, empowering law firms to thrive amidst evolving demands.

Steve Brown
Director, Records Services

Steve Brown

Steve has been with Accufile for over 8 years and has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager for a major offsite storage company, project and records management experience in various industries, along with a 22-year career as a US Marine Corps Officer. Specializing in project management, Steve brings proven managerial and people-oriented leadership skills to every project. He provides excellent analytical and organizational problem-solving ability to all tasks and is a team player with a total commitment to customer service. Pragmatic and hands-on, Steve strives to make all projects, processes, and tasks as simple as possible.

Charlene Cunniffe, MS, CRM, PMP, IGP, CIP
Director, Information Governance and Data Security

Charlene Cunniffe

Charlene is an information governance consultant with experience in pharmaceutical, legal, government, and academic environments. She has a background in project management and cross-functional Lean Continuous Improvement, and advises clients on Records and Information Management (RIM) policy creation, records retention schedule development, defensible disposition, mergers and acquisitions, data migration, and training for RIM effectiveness. Charlene has been an active volunteer and presenter at local and national information management conferences including ARMA, AIIM, SLA, ILTA, and AALL. She holds a BA degree from Harvard University and her MS from Simmons University Graduate School of Library and Information Science.

John Curran
Director, Business Development

John Curran

John has been part of the Accufile team for over 10 years. He enjoys the challenge of creating order from chaos by using his expertise in records management and project management. He is detail- and action-oriented and is known for his concise implementation skills. John has a proven record of increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing change while providing personalized customer service to clients. John has an MBA from Bentley University and is currently President of ARMA New England. His diverse experience includes working with law firms and financial services, health care, and higher education organizations.

Robert P. Badavas
Senior Advisor

Robert P. Badavas

Bob was appointed Senior Advisor to Accufile in 2010 and offers more than 30 years of senior executive experience in finance and operations; market, product, and business strategy; and organization development for technology and technology-enabled business services and venture capital firms.

Bob is currently President of Petros Venture Management, a management and advisory services firm. Previously he was the Chairman and CEO of PlumChoice, Inc. (2011–2016), a technology-enabled business services company; CEO of TAC Worldwide (2003–2009), a multinational, technical workforce management company; Senior Partner/COO of the international venture capital firm Atlas Venture (2001–2003); and has also served as President and CEO of Cerulean Technology, a software product and services company, and Chipcom Corporation, a network computing company.

Bob began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. He has received several community and professional awards, most notably the 2003 Ellis Island Medal of Honor. He currently serves as Lead Independent Director for Hercules Capital and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bentley University. Bob also serves on the board and advises two privately held, investor-backed SaaS companies focused on deeper customer engagement in the real estate and hospitality sectors, plus other nonprofit institutions.
